"The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

"The location was perfect and the property clean and modern. The showers were really nice and the kitchen very well equipped. It was a little odd not to have a sink in with the water closets but this was minor. It was wonderful to have a patisserie within walking distance as well as a restaurant. We would stay here again."

The only criticism is it would have been helpful to know about linen not being included/extra cleaning cost & perhaps an extra fan for the house?
