"It was about the only reasonably priced central property available for a Rugby World Cup weekend after our original long standing booking was cancelled. We were hardly there and it was convenient for transport to the port and not bad for the stadium. Beds comfortable enough and shower decent. However it is poorly equipped if you need to use it for longer or more intensively, eg only two large towels for four people (lots of hand towels) and no dinner plates. "This apt, for two people, has it all : location, appointments, just the right amount of furnishings- non fussy, a beautiful outdoor patio, great/well equipped kitchen, 3 entry gates providing street access in three different directions- especially the Cours and rue d'Italie with their multiplicity of shops and restaurants.
