We did not get instructor entry into the apartment until 15 minutes before check in time and it was very confusing to find the lock box even with photos. The apartment door lock was broken and locked half our party outside while the rest were inside. One of us stayed back at the apartment for 2 hours until the locksmith was able to change the lock.
