"Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. "Like the quiet and convenient location to restaurants and tourist areas. Room is clean. Shower is strong and hot. Air conditioning is strong. Kitchenette is handy but have to cleanup before leaving. Also have to dump our own trash at the end of the stay. No thrill budget apartment hotel is acceptable for the price. No hairdryer in room, have to ask at reception. Have to pay for extra towels. Bathroom is very small. "

"Stayed as a family with kids <5years old. Swimming pool and splash pool was great considering the heat. Property itself needs some upkeep and attention. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base. I would not spend all my days there but considering its location to Marseille and the lovely surroundings it worked out pretty well"

"Cet hôtel est idealement placé. A proximité immediate du metro Perrier. L'hotel meriterai une renovation surtout au niveau des fenetres pas tres étanche. Coté propreté, rien a dire, c'est tres propre. La literie est confortable, c'est un plus. A chaque fois que je viens en deplacement pro a Marseille, je descends ici. L'accueil est très agreable et le personel à l'ecoute."
