"The room doesn’t have a kettle which should be the minimum Also the hotel is being used to house asylum seekers from turkey etc and the kids keep messing around with the lifts"

"Amazing location on the river. I found myself watching ships pass day & night. The food & menu were really good, plenty to choose from. Good Chefs, who clearly enjoy what they do. I will return if I am in the area again."

"The rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very professional. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. We travel a lot, and this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at recently. Rooms were spacious & the AC temp was set perfectly. Plenty of natural light in the room but you can just draw the curtains to keep the light out especially during the summer months. They also have a snack bar/market which is open 24/7 if you get hungry for snacks. Overall very satisfied with our stay."
