This spacious holiday home is located idyllically in the green, about 3.5 km from Vodnjan, and offers space for up to 8 people on 104 m² of living space. The house extends over three floors and has a separate entrance as well as a garden surrounded by a stone wall with aromatic herbs such as lavender, sage and rosemary.



On the ground floor, there is a living area with SAT-TV, minibar, sofa, armchair and air conditioning as well as a bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and heating device. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, deep fryer, kettle, coffee machine and fireplace. From here, you can access the covered terrace (20 m²), which provides access to the 2,500 m² outdoor area with pool (6 × 4 m, 1.3 m deep), children's playground and outdoor shower.



On the upper floor, two bedrooms are available with double beds, a children's bed and an additional single bed, complemented by another bathroom with shower and WC. The attic offers three single beds, a folding bed and air conditioning.



The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, high chair and all necessary household appliances. Pets are welcome, baby cots are available upon request. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.
