The property is very conviently located for the National Park; it's also very quiet and good value. However, the property really needs updating (and some minor repairs--like faucets that don't leak when you use them).

Lovely place to spend the night and so close to the national partk. We really enjoyed it. Touchless checkin was actually very easy.

Very convenient location, couldn’t be closer to the park. The check in process went well. But there were multiple small annoyances: the room was musty, the carpet was old and looked dirty, there were ants in the bathroom, and the fridge was so loud I couldn’t use it at night, which defeats the purpose. Overall an okay experience.

This is as it is billed, a simple, clean place to spend the night. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator but no thermostats so you adjust temperature with opening window or plugging in space heater. I would stay here again. I have never seen such clean windows!!

We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find.

Quiet Stay Close to the National Park

Check in was extremely easy to navigate. No host on site and the hotel is fairly isolated but it made for a quiet stay. Very close to Volcano National Park.
