"This hotel is well located. Staff were great. Our room was okay. The bathroom was very nice. However both my wife and I felt the beds were lacking. Not comfortable at all. The pillows were not good. We felt that the bedding was second rate. The room was quiet. Except for when there was any activity in the central core. It’s designed to allow sound to travel. I would not categorize this property as “4 star”. 3 star for sure."
