"The room& bathroom were clean, all amenities were on place & available. However, only one elevator was working & the floor was filthy! Ugh! The bed was comfy & sheets were clean. Breakfast was adequate; choices included boiled eggs, coffee with the fixings, 3 kinds of cold cereal, yogurt, crispy bacon, sausage patties & links, variety of fruits. A nice room & good stay overall."

"First time in a Citizen M hotel and was charmed by the room. Very cosy, but also well furnished considering the size. The app-based room controls worked inconsistently. The staff was outstanding. The lobby area was a very cool place to hang out. "
