"Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great - very close to duomo and shopping, but far enough off the beaten path to not be crowded/loud. The terrace is a really nice place to sit in the shade and relax during the day. Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. AC was lovely to have as the outside temperature started to climb."

"This was the perfect place for our one night in Florence. Can’t beat the location just down the street from the Duomo. We got tickets to climb the Campanile first thing in the morning and walked back to have our hotel breakfast after, it was so convenient. Parking at the nearby recommended garage worked well - other than the general terror of driving in downtown Florence which can’t be helped. Hotel staff was very helpful. I arrived early and they accommodated us with early check in which was much appreciated. "
