"We stayed in a room with an extended balcony and had a gorgeous view of the city skyline. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. A full breakfast buffet was available each morning. We were a short walk from excellent restaurant away from the more touristy areas."

The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"

"The food options for vegetarians were few but very delicious. The breakfast spread was excellent. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the views were great. They could improve their gym by replacing or repairing the broken equipment such as the treadmill."
