Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay."

"The hotel is right next to the train station and a short walk into the Old Town. Staff was friendly and nice."

"Lots of facilities we could have used but we were only there for 24 hours. Pool was fab, and a 10 min walk along to some shops and restaurants. Driveway was up a steep hill, but that gave us great views across to the ski jump too. Breakfast buffet was lovely and not too busy despite us going quite late in the serving times. We had a family room which had two separate bedrooms and a dining area and 2 bathrooms"
