Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars."

"This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in...

"Directions to property were perfect! Property was very clean and well kept as we drove through parking lot. Unit was very clean and organized. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Only issue was we wanted to have coffee outside one morning on back patio but area was covered in cobwebs. We just sat at table inside and looked out window. "The owner was fantastic at communicating & offering suggestions. Use the gate code from the owner text not the Vrbo email. The place exceeded expectations as far as location, decor, & cleanliness. My only issues were some noise thru the walls like dishwasher & kids and the security deposit made no sense. A significant $ amount was charged 5 weeks prior and refunded 2 weeks after the stay. That’s my only reason for not giving 5 stars. "

"This was one of the cleanest VRBOs I've ever stayed in, and we have been booking them for years. Communication with the Kelly is great. She responded almost immediately to any questions I sent to her. Her home is beautiful and extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable.
