Looked shabby in the room. Very uncomfortable bed, and the staff was never at the desk or visible when entering or leaving the property. The airfreshiner in lobby was overpowering. I will not choose Aloft in the future.

Cute rooms, quiet (if you are on the opposite side of the freeway, which I was) and accommodating. It is a good location for me. My sink was clogged and the blinds were not working well. I asked for more coffee in the room and left her a tip. She gave me towels, no coffee and she did not take the tip?? I was there for an event, so it was fine for what I needed.

Great stay

It was a nice stay, just one night to visit family. The room was clean and comfortable, and even our dog was comfortable. Only issue was no soap or shampoo in the shower. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
