"The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were in walking distance to so many attractions and beautiful views of the city. Loved it!! Definitely will plan to stay here on my next Philly visit."

"It was a busy hotel, but my room was very clean and that staff were very attentive and friendly. The easy access to filtered water and coffee is a very nice amenity. Nespresso coffee in my room was very nice!"

"The staff at check in were a little rude. I stood there for awhile because the man was chatting with a team mate. We witnessed another customer that was ignored. The hotel was very noisey. I would have expected better for the high price i paid."
