"We had a great time at the house , it sits on a hill with great views of the Catskills. Even though it was very cold outside we were very comfortable in the house. Three fireplaces and a hot tub made it warm and cozy."

"The lake is beautiful and peaceful. House is well equipped, beds where very comfortable and the hot tub was a plus!!!"

"All I can say is the pictures are not at all accurate of the actual conditions of the property . I arrived to the property on Friday afternoon as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a dry dirt mop in the middle of the living room . The place was run down and looked as if no one had been there in a while . There was a film on the counter. all of the cabinets had dirt in them , there was debris and dirt all over the floor .
