"We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. Some things that could improve; the aircon was noisy all night, ok if you like white noise. Would have liked more space to unload our bags as we where there for three nights. Staff friendly, service good, everything clean, loved breakfast."

"The Concierge services are amazing and Gustavo is just exceptional! The staff is lovely. The improvement would be for international travelers to get early check in at 8 am after a 15 hr plus flight and have late check out for 5 pm to early the last day before going to the airport at 6 pm for a night flight back to another continent. we would wish all hotels to adopt theses standards of services-like the ole’days of traveling. Hilton Auckland was so much better than Doubletree -Christchurch! "
