It is in excellent shape both outside and inside. The suites we were in were clean, roomy, comfortable and had a classic beauty with modern touches. Front desk staff was very helpful and always there when we needed them. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of options. We were impressed with Domus Collis and enjoyed our one-night stay very much! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay. "
