"Die Wohnung war bitter kalt. Obwohl wir am 25.12 um 16 Uhr dort angehalten haben um zu informieren das wir erst spĂ€ter in die Wohnung kommen werden. Und wĂŒrde die SchlĂŒsselbox gezeigt. Als wir spĂ€ter Abends in die Wohnung kamen, war diese bitter bitter kalt und trotzdem wir die Heizkörper auf volle Kanone gestellt haben wurden diese nicht wirklich warm bzw heiß.Wir haben Kontakt aufgenommen (Email Verlauf liegt vor) und uns schlug eine Trotzreaktion entgegen.
