Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! The staff is absolutely amazing. I’d they they go above and beyond. I will definitely visit again.

the best part of the hotel is the location. situated just 6 minutes walk from the Dam square and its attractions. its in a quiet street. the central station and the boat tour docks are all within walkable distance. lots of dining options nearby. The expedia site mentions premium rooms to be 323 sq ft. We had booked 4 premium rooms but only two seemed to be of 323 sq. ft. we had to talk to the reception and then they changed one of the two small rooms to a bigger one. However, we had to compromise for one room and stay in the smaller room. Javier at reception was very co-operative and helpful and tried to get us a bigger room but it seems the hotel was full.

Very friendly staff, good service, clean room, good selection for breakfast. Walkable from Central Station, good for exploring areas around Amsterdam.

The hotel was just ok. Much better in the photos than in real life. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, and the dining/bar was just ok. No sound-proofing, so expect to hear a lot of street noise & other guests. It was clean and in a central location, and so for this it was fine. If you want comfort or a more unique experience though I would choose elsewhere.
