"After check in we headed to the room. Given the price I wasn’t expecting luxury accommodation, but the room was dirty and had an odor. Went back to the desk and mentioned stains on the carpet that looked like blood, which they assured me was paint. Told them it was unacceptable and was going to look for a room elsewhere. Thuy told me if I wanted a refund to take it up with Expedia."

"This is by far the most unique and clean hotel i have ever stayed at. This was my 2nd visit to the Castle, and i am planning on making it a annual trip. There is so much to see within the Castle that you will see something new every time you visit. I wish they had this Castle at every location I vacation."

"I was grateful to the staff for a late 2am arrival, was able to get the keys with no staff on-site, got our room. Had a comfortable safe stay. The barrel sauna is great, the indoor pool was good, the continental breakfast was simple. Great coffee machine, convenient location. Overall, awesome stay. Would definitely recommend to others, price of room very reasonable. Thank you Vienna Hotel!!"

"Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close to many popular hiking spots in the area we had a lot of fun."
