"I was disappointed. Compared to other stays, the staff was not very welcoming. The keys to one room did not work and no apology was given for having to have them rekeyed. There was no slip mat in one room and the tub was very slick. I slipped, fell backwards out of the tub hitting my head. They didn't offer much in the way of surprise, sympathy or apology. No snacks except for ancient vending machines. I was just not impressed."

"Lots of nice restaurants nearby; staff was very friendly and helpful; they are going through some renovations and when it’s done I think it will be really nice (it’s a little dated currently). Good place if you have pets tho!"

"The place is very convenient to downtown shopping, a little noisy, but that’s to be expected downtown.The place could maybe used a little freshen there was some dead bugs in the windows and on the floor. Lost hot water one morning, but came back later that day."
