I have not found so much mess in the hotel room even in the worst places to stay! I did not expect to find dirt in the room! I do not recommend !

1. Hotel staff would not refund me after I gave several days notice that I would be checking out early. 2. Hotel restaurant is closed on weekends, so limited food available, if any. 3. No onsite laundry facilities. Stay at the PULLMAN Hotel instead. Much cleaner, more convenient and located in a much better area of town.

The first problem is the very large, very slow Prison Gate to get in. It is, in a word, disturbing. Second, my room door rattled the entire time. It seemed, if anything happened in the hallway, the door would rattle like someone was trying to get in. Like an air pressure problem coupled with a poorly made door. And this went on all night. Kept me up. Then, I never got a receipt. I get not printing to save paper, but it wasn't even emailed. Nothing.

The Bastion what an adventure this time!

This is our 3rd time to the Bastion for the Graspop Metal Meeting festival. When I booked last November, I asked for the same room we stayed in the last time. A rep from the hotel said thry would try to give us that room. However, upon checking in the rep even stated my request and I said yes I wanted the same room as last time. She gave me a room in the middle of the hall, instead of a corner room like I had before previously. This room/area was super noisy and people were smoking in the rooms all around our room. This is a non smoking hotel as far as I know. But didnot seem to matter everyone was smoking setting off the smoke detector across the hall from us. I do not like cigarette smoke at all. I was very unimpressed!

Gehobenes Hotel für Geschäfts oder Gruppenleute

- Etwas fest von Eindhoven abgelegen, jedoch mit Bus erreichbar. Mit Taxi fallen aus dem Centrum 35 Eur an. - Gutes Frühstück - Zertrümerter Glaseingang kümmert 4Tage niemand, während am 4. Tag Fensterreiniger erscheinen. - Hotelumfeld eher so ein CDU Umfeld, also alte Leute die viele nicht um sich haben wollen.
