"Good breakfast "

"STAY AWAY FROM SONESTA. They make the pictures look like a really updated beautiful hotel. But, it's all in the angles. This hotel was horrible. It was 90 degrees and their air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working. They pretended to fix it and our room was 74 degrees to sleep in. While we were complaining downstairs other customers were down there complaining also. They promised to "refund a percentage" once the day was closed out????? about 5:00pm. Needless to say we still don't have a refund at 6:00pm. I will be making phone calls tomorrow. STAY AWAY"

"Basics covered. Breakfast was meager. Facility had that worn appearance. Prices were hiked due to a nearby college graduation. Service could have been upgraded spice prices were quadrupled."

"Key didn’t work and we got locked out of room. No one at front desk and no one answered phone when we tried calling. Our room was not cleaned after prior guests. Very limited breakfast with spoiled milk. Not recommended. Stay at a larger chain."

"Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue in bathroom was now towel rack, there was one at one time, but it had not been replaced. Otherwise our room was great. Staff were very friendly and theyprovidedus with2 drink coubons for the bar from 5 to 7 pm and 2 breakfast coupons. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit, various juices, cereal & milk, and coffee. They probide a free USAToday paper and plenty of seating area for breakfast. Pool was not operational during our stay. They had uncovered it but had not cleaned it yet, water was green. Would suggest if you are going to uncover it that it should be cleaned right away, was not an appealing sight. Overall it is a nice hotel."

"Hotel and staff were great. Downside was that due to recent changes in ownership we had to pay $17 / day for parking and breakfast is not included anymore either."
