"Our room was hot! 77 degrees with 3 of us there.. went to concierge to see if they can move us to another room but they were sold out and said the maintenance could not work on it until probably the next day.. so we slept in a very hot room. It was cooler in the hallway than in our room. Next, the shower had very low water pressure and we were given towels with black stains on them. Our conditioner and body was were not filled up The bed sheets and comforter had stains on it. Im afraid our overall experience was not good. I would not recommend this hotel with plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area."
