"I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. "The hotel overall was great, loved that there was a gas station right next door so we could buy snacks and a toothbrush that was forgotten. I felt safe, it was quiet. Just up the road was lots of shopping. My only downside was the bathroom had no bathroom lock and the toilet could have been scrubbed cleaner but overall great. we come to Dayton a few times a year to visit family this will be our go too hotel."

There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo.
