One reserved parking spot comes with this rental! On the busiest weekends in Waco where it can be difficult to find parking downtown, you will have a reserved spot adjacent to the building.
When you walk in the building, you'll be met with the charm of the Behrens loft building. It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953.
Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort.
Feel 100% safe in this secure, locked building. To access the unit, you will use a door code that will be provided before check-in. You will have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner's closet. In the building rear, there is a ramp for easy access.

You'll enjoy the comfort of having a reserved parking space for those who bring a car. There are some residents who walk and bike most places as there is ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a free open air trolley that runs Friday and Saturdays that picks up one block from the condo.
House rules:
No parties allowed. Per City of Waco's short term rental regulations, our occupancy limit is 6. If a party is identified, guests will be evicted immediately without a refund.
Smoking policy: We have a strict No Smoking Policy. There is no smoking tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the property. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Silo Getaways a smoke-free zone. Violators will be subject to a $1000 fine + damage/cleaning fees.
