Rockside Studio is a delightful holiday accommodation located in New Polzeath, just a stone's throw from Polzeath Beach and offering direct access to Baby Bay Beach via a private path. Perfect for a couple or a small family with a child, this well-appointed studio features a private balcony, parking, and access to shared gardens with stunning views over the beach.

Upon entering the studio, you'll find the kitchen area and shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped for all your self-catering needs, including a fridge, a washing machine, and a built-in charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining. For your morning coffee, there's a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (please bring your own Vertuo capsules), allowing you to start the day with a perfectly brewed cup. A picnic set is also provided for those days when you want to pack lunch and head to the beach or explore the local area. The ground floor shower room offers a refreshing shower area and designed with functionality and style in mind. The space is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The upstairs living area of The Studio at Rockside is designed as a versatile space that accommodates both relaxation and rest. The main sleeping area features a comfortable king-size bed, positioned to maximise the natural light from the large windows. For additional flexibility, there is z-beds available, making the studio suitable for an additional child. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A smart Television is provided for your entertainment, allowing you to relax with your favourite shows or films.

The key highlight for Rockside Studio is its private balcony, which provides a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy the stunning coastal views. The balcony is perfect for sipping a coffee in the morning or enjoying a sundowner in the evening, with views of the beach, the sea and surround scenery. There are shared gardens available for guests to use, along with a built-in barbecue station situated in 'The Crescent' on the lawn outside. There is a dining table and chairs for eight guests, equipped with cooking tools, and is shared with the adjacent property, The Perch. It's a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
