"We stayed here during a very stressful time, as we had to leave Kuwait by land due to the situation in the region. On arrival, Safia and Abrar at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after our flight was cancelled, we returned after midnight needing another room. The receptionist (Turky) offered us the same room at nearly three times the previous price. When I questioned it, his attitude became unfriendly and unhelpful, despite our difficult situation and traveling with a person with special needs. His comment that the previous staff were nice only because it was our “first stay” was very disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the door staff and coffee service were excellent. Overall, a good hotel, but service consistency needs improvement. "

"تجنب هذا الفندق الغرف قديمة الطراز، سيئة الصيانة، وتفوح منها رائحة سجائر كريهة لا تزول. الأثاث مهترئ، والنظافة متذبذبة، والحالة العامة تبدو مهملة وليست "فاخرة" كما هو مُعلن هذا ليس مجرد إزعاج بسيط، بل يؤثر بشكل مباشر على راحتك ونظافتك الشخصية أثناء إقامتك. مقابل السعر المدفوع، فإن المستوى غير مقبول بتاتًا ولا يرقى إلى مستوى الوعود إذا كنت تُقدّر مكانًا نظيفًا ومريحًا للإقامة، فاحجز في مكان آخر. هناك خيارات أفضل بكثير وبأسعار أقل. تم نقلي إلى غرفة أخرى مرتين دون أي تحسن. قررت إلغاء حجزي لثلاث ليالٍ وأقمت في فندق آخر قريب، حيث كان الفرق واضحًا: نظيف، منعش، ومُصان جيدًا (ميركيور الرياض العنود) على الرغم من عدم استخدامي للغرف ومغادرتي في نفس اليوم، رُفض طلبي لاسترداد المبلغ، مما أدى إلى خسارتي ما يقارب 2500 ريال سعودي. إن رفضهم الاستماع إلى العميل وإحالته بشكل عام إلى "الشروط والأحكام" يتجاهل الإهمال، ويؤكد مدى تدني مستوى هذا الفندق لا تُخاطر - اختر فندقًا آخر "

"The hotel is very clean and truly amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve seen, with excellent facilities that really stand out. Overall, the common areas are impressive and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt a bit used and could benefit from some updates. Still, a great stay overall."
