"Nice place. Just no staff to tell people after a certain time to be silent. Shower where nice but to small for tall people( 175 cm or taller) overal cleanness could be better 1st day saw some flattend dead bugs. But no bedbugs or other nasty stuff. Showers and toilets where really clean and tidy"

"The Hostel is great for the price. The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle. The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. "Great place to stay when on a budget! It is easy to navigate and get about when exploring Kraków's old town. I came for just a couple of nights as a light traveller stopping off briefly on part of a longer journey. For my purposes, this hostel was perfect and ideal! "The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. "Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"
