Great budget place to stay. Good restaurant. Very comfortable and walking distance to breakfast venues. Very good value for money.

Check in was nothing special but efficient and they tried to upsell the need to book the restaurant on the spot even though it was mid week. Loved the mugs and the cookies and decent milk. The bed was comfy except for the usual lumpy line down the middle. Shower was old school full on water wise but it was a dark, drab, worn and dated space that was not very relaxing. The room smelled a bit funky until you got the air con cranking.

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were fantastic. The spa was an excellent addition to our stay as our young man was there for a rugby union tournament. The only thing that was a sight issue, was the room with the single beds was next to a gaming room which kept our son awake for a while. But if it was only adults in the room it wouldn’t have been noticed
