Centrally located, close to bars and shops which was perfect for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff made us and our dog feel right at home. A must for dog owners 😊

Perfect location in Wagga Wagga - easy to wander up the Main Street and surrounds. Easy drive to CSU which was the reason for the stay. On-site parking convenient. Stayed 3 nights, however room was not serviced despite putting the “service my room” notice on the door at 9:30am after first night and 8:30am after the 2nd night. Only disappointment in my stay.

I stayed from Thursday until the following Tuesday. During this time there was no hotel internet service available. When I asked about this the manager took what I felt was a combative tone. Telling me that it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility, that most people hotspot their phone anyway and accusing me of instigating blame. I found the whole conversation unpleasant, felt the manager’s people skills were extremely lacking and avoided him for the remainder of my stay at the hotel.
