About this property

Slice of Heaven Studio

  • A newly renovated self contained 300 sqft studio that is a short 5-7 mins walk from our local quiet beach. The tastefully decorated studio has modern amenities and is comfortably furnished finished with a beautiful marble floor and bathroom. Studio has its own entrance and small private garden area for some outdoors living. Only 90 day or longer rental are permitted.

    This is a great quiet and spacious self contained studio that is located in a safe laid back neighbor hood within easy walking distance of the local beach. Being newly renovated in Nov 2017, it is clean, modern and private.

    This studio is self contained and is situated in the rear corner of a multi-tenanted property, the studio is unit C. The property has a 3 bedroom house and another studio on it (the other studio is also a vacation rental) The tenant's are friendly, active and are completely aware of the studio's being rented out via airbnb, I the owner live next door and am available 24/7 if any issue that needs to resolved.

    The main entrance off the street is shared with the other properties but the Slice of Heaven studio has its own separate entry way and the unit has its own small private back yard/out door space. Being in the rear of the house provides a nice private, quiet outside garden area that is furnished with a hammock, chairs and coffee table. The suburb is already very quiet.

    The studio has a modern internet TV (no cable), Air conditioning, a small kitchenette comprising of a small fridge, induction hotplate, microwave and basic kitchen items, pots/pans/culterly/plates /glasses etc. There is a table/chairs, and a water dispenser. There is an outdoor sink.

    The furnishings are a natural tropical hardwood wood bedroom set with a memory foam mattress, and closet/drawers to store your clothes in. And the unit comes with towels/sheets/blankets/bath room supplies.

    The bathroom is newly renovated and is white marble with a great shower and plenty of space.

    There is plenty of on street parking in front of the house, and it's a very safe neighborhood

Great location, perfect for 2

Suite felt secluded, location was perfect to walk to beach or just to get around to other areas on the island. Little outdoor space was perfect for two.

cute place not too far from the north shore downtown.

We couldn't get the wifi to work on our phones and with a 22 year old that was a source of "comment". You aren't going to cook thanksgiving dinner with the appliances there but never expected to. quaint but spacious and nice patio area.

We had a wonderful stay!! Super quiet neighborhood, great location from town, super clean and comfortable! Outside shower was fantastic! Pictures are very accurate. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this beautiful bungalow!!

Good North Shore getaway

Clean and comfortable place with pretty much everything you might need, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Overhead fan and AC kept us cool during those warm, humid nights. Fridge is inside, but mini-kitchen is outdoors (hot plate, dishware, microwave, etc.) on the patio. Fencing and foliage are good for privacy. Easy access on the ground floor. Ample street parking. Great studio for those who want to visit North Shore sites. If you are planning to spend most of your time in the North Shore area, this place will work great. If you plan to go to Honolulu often, it can be a bit of a drive..

Perfect Studio for Exploring the North Shore

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is an easy walk to a beautiful beach and perfectly situated for exploring all that the North Shore has to offer. Morning coffee in the private area out back was a real bonus. Jason was a great host with easy communication, and everything about the place was very straightforward and as expected if not better.
