Our two bedroom, two bath condo located at Fairway Villas in the Waikoloa Beach Resort (not Waikoloa Village) is beautifully decorated and furnished in an island style for your comfort and has been recently upgraded with new flooring, sofa, smart TV, Fanimation ceiling fans, window shutters, crown molding, new washer/dryer, refrigerator, central air conditioning, and new walk-in shower in primary. The unit is located on the second floor and easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The condo is in the G building away from the road facing the golf course and mountains. With a fully equipped kitchen and upgraded stainless steel appliances, you can enjoy meals in the dining area, at the bar stools in the kitchen, or on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a view of the Kohala Mountains and Maui in the distance.

An infinity heated pool overlooking the King’s Lake, a BBQ with a picnic area, and a fitness center are nearby for your use.

Located within the world class Waikoloa Beach Resort, our condo is walking distance to both the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops for dining out options and shopping. Also nearby, is the ancient petroglyph trail – a must see!

A smart TV, DVD player, cable, and great summer reads can be found in the living room area for your enjoyment.

Additional amenities include central A/C, a full size washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry soap, designated covered parking, and free wi-fi. Also included is a starter pack of soap, cleaning supplies and paper products.

The well-appointed primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom, with recently upgraded designer fixtures, has a beautiful new walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has one queen bed and a large closet. The adjoining guest bathroom also has been upgraded with new tub, tile and fixtures.

Great snorkeling and swimming can be found nearby (10 minute walk from condo) at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Hapuna Beach, great for boogie boarding, is just 10 minutes by car, as well as several other amazing beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella are in the unit for your use.

Three newly re-designed golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach, Kings and Lake courses. Nearby (within 15 minutes), you will also find several other world-class courses including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea, and Hapuna Beach designed by Arnold Palmer.

Nearby you can enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Be sure to visit the dolphins and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton as well. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Play golf on world class courses. There are so many activities and there is something for everyone!

Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location

We loved how comfortable and spacious the condo was for our family of 4. The location was perfect - we could walk to a wonderful family friendly beach and a variety of restaurants. We really appreciated all the beach gear. Would book again 100% if we ever get back to the big island (I hope we do!)

Beautiful, well stocked vacation rental in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villas. This vacation home is well stocked with both basic ammenities, kitchen and cooking ware as well as beach accessories ( 4 chairs, 2 unbrelkas, snorkelling gear for adults and kids, coolers etc). The Villas has a lovely pool and hottub, good workout facilities and lots of BBQ’s. The lication was ideal- we could walk to both Kings Shops and Queen’s marketplace and a short drive to Hapuna beach! The owner’s were great to deal with and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy and homy

We loved the refined decor, plenty of supply in the cabinets, we ate every meal on the balcony. Unfortunately, the pillows and matelas in the master bedroom were quite uncomfortable. I left with a bad back... ;-(

We thououghly enjoyed our stay and this beautiful condo. Barry and Susan are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had every breakfast and dinner are the lanai, overlooking the golf course. So peaceful! We especially loved the walk in shower!. The sunshade was great, also blocking the wind. We went the beach every morning. Loved the pool in the afternoon. This condo has everything you need, great cookware and excellent beach chairs and unbrellas. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect stay in Paradise

Exactly as picture and described on listing. Lovely stay at villa and we will definitely consider rebooking for future trips. Extra bonus was the well stocked some non-perishable food and seasoning items.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay in the Waikoloa Beach area. Great location, nicely updated furnishings and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Plus the complex was quiet and very well maintained, which allowed for a very relaxing stay. And hosts Susan and Barry were super-responsive and very gracious in accommodating a last minute request. We highly recommend this property, and are absolutely hoping to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful condo in a great location

We found the condo just as advertised. Very quiet. It is in a great location close to the airport and some great beaches. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck each morning over looking the golf course. Made use of the pool, the beach and some of the restaurants in the resort. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Big Island.

Wonderful condo

My family and I loved our stay at this condo. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for us. We were in this area for a convention at the Marriott and were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool and being so close to shopping. We ate our meals on the balcony and enjoyed the gorgeous views and the visiting birds. My only complaint is that all the pots had scratched non-stick surfaces. This poses a serious health risk and I’d advise the owners to replace asap. Thankfully the frying pans were intact and we cooked everything in those. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels, both bath and beach. There are 3 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards, which were great! We would absolutely stay here again.

Its a very nice condo. It's very clean. Pictures accurately represent it. It has everything you want or need. The owners Barry and Susan are very nice and responsive to any inquiries. You can tell they really care about their condo and keep it maintained and it has very nice decorum.

Wonderful stay

This place is quite a gem. Fantastic location within walking distance to the stores, restaurants, beaches and on a golf course. The complex is very nice, with beautiful grounds and a great pool. The unit itself is very well located away from the road, overlooking the fairway. The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Many beach toys, chairs, and even boogie boards. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to come back.

Nice place to stay

Property was great. They had beach stuff for us to use and most everything was great. The only thing I'd say for improvement was no hot water for showers. However, we enjoyed our stay overall.
