"Really nice hotel, conveniently located near Te Pua geothermal park. We all loved the room,which was perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was really good with lots of varieties and really tasty. The special addition was the outdoors heated pool which we all loved and wish we could stay longer to enjoy."

The sauna and cafe were not available during our stay at the end of March. The location is a pretty far walk to the lake but the staff was really nice and helpful. It did seem to cool off a little bit after an hour or two but not very much and it remained warm (i’m always cold, so if I thought the room was warmish 95% of the population wouldn’t like it). . She finally brought up a fan. If a cool room is important to you I would avoid this hotel. "
