Närheten till lokala attraktioner gjorde detta till en idealisk vistelse, Vi utforskade närliggande Malmédy och Stavelot och njöt av att besöka det vackra Reinhardstein-slottet, Huset gav en perfekt bas för våra äventyr

De accommodatie was door de sympathieke eigenaar voorzien van enkele speciale versieringen voor Kerstmis wat meteen een goede indruk op ons maakte. Na de rondleiding en uitleg van de diverse aanwezige voorzieningen, konden wij ons installeren in de mooie slaapkamers en ruime woonkamer. Wij hadden deze accommodatie gekozen vanwege de mooie omgeving (Hoge Venen) en de interessante stadjes in de buurt, bij ons welbekend. Wij hadden gehoopt op sneeuw maar het heeft alle dagen van ons verblijf flink geregend wat de pret enigszins heeft gedrukt. Desondanks hebben wij genoten met de hele familie (10 personen) van ons verblijf in deze goed uitgeruste accommodatie.
