"We stayed in the Queen apartment room it was perfect for the 2 day Masterclass online sessions we were doing, nice and quiet the service staff were super helpful and accommodating. Onsite parking was great, laundry facility in the apartment was handy. Had to be very careful when getting in/out of the shower. Good location will come here again."

Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. Duty manager came to inspect this and blamed me for “using too much soap”, and did not offer anything to remedy the situation in the moment. "I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

"Overall, it was good. We just had a miscommunication about the parking. We weren’t informed ahead that we need to book a parking space. So, we ended up in the public parking space. But it’s not so difficult at all as it was paid online via Paymate. A reminder before the booking might be helpful. Again, the stay at the hotel was good."
