"Clean and tidy room comfy Clean beds and bathroom. Peaceful, private quiet. Exterior of this facility is run down however our room was good owners are friendly. Affordable place of the beatrn track a bit. Close to everything we wanted to do in Taupo really easy to get around from here. If you are after luxury accommodation this isn't for you as far as cheaper accommodation goes this was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay over 2 nights."
