"Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish I knew this far in advance. So, I had to take the train instead since my flight was a bit past noon."

Very convenient to have a good-size convenience store as well as a microwave and ice machine on the each floor. Efficient and thoughtful luggage storage room access. Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were very small for a couple. "

"We stayed at this property on the first and last night of our trip. It was easy to walk to the train station and the stores/outlets around. We had the buffet breakfast twice and had dinner in the restaurant - all very good. The hotel reception has a luggage scale which is so helpful when packing. Lots of toiletries/amenities were available in the lobby. About a 15 min cab ride from KIX. We are planning on going back next year."
