"The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city. There was a noise issue in our first room on the 22nd floor (top floor) due to noisy air conditioners on the roof of the building. The front desk was aware of the noise issue & said there were no other rooms available at the time of check in. We were moved to a lower floor the next day & the rooms was perfect. The woman at the front desk was wonderful to deal with & she handled the situation very well. We would not hesitate to stay in this hotel on future visits to the area."

"Our family stayed three evenings at the hotel. We initially booked two nights but enjoyed the area so much that we chose to add another night. The hotel is beautiful, the area is nice and close to many tourist attractions including Byward Market and shopping at the Rideau Center. There are plenty of food options, and overall we felt relatively safe walking around."

"The hotel was good . My only concern is the breakfast , the staff were so picky about the breakfast tickets, if they ran out of anything like tea they wouldn’t renew it, even though in all hotels as soon as we are during the breakfast hours they wouldn’t renew it."
