"- Beautiful location. You come here for the views and the nature.
- Check-in was a bit annoying, since there is no front desk and everything is supposed to be virtual, yet you are not given your room number or passcode virtually - that is texted to you. That was a problem for me as an international traveller with no working cellphone. Had to message the owner and have the information emailed to me.
- Everything was very clean. Some things were dated, such as the shower head and toilet, which should both be updated, but the owner is in the process of renovating.
- Beautiful, cozy, clean, and cool common rooms and building overall.
- Game room is about as dilapidated and broken as tou would expect. But there certainly is one! Free kayaks to rent down by the water, which is super cool. No lofejsckets apparently, however.
- Biggest complaint: be prepared to take a hike with your luggage from the gravel parking lot to your room uphill. It’s quite the journey. This is a ski chalet, after all, so no parking right by your door like a motel.
- No tv in the room, if you care about that. Wifi was good enough for streaming.
- Overall, be prepared for no proper front desk, beautiful property, clean if dated rooms, and fun stuff to do. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through or planning on sticking around for a while. Would recommend for families and kids. This is a gem. "
"Bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was good. Does get a bit noisy with traffic and when car alarms go off. Very easy to find and close to lots of things to do."
