"Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back. "

"We had planned to ski but changed plans due to weather. The location is perfect for ski season with the gondola attached to the hotel (it wasn’t up due to warmer weather) but everything in the hotel from the staff, dinner, breakfast was top notch. You didn’t really need to leave the hotel to do anything. "

"Amazing.property and staff. Not westernized, so either ask for.a.western breakfast, or get the traditional japonese. Our.corner.room.has a spa hot spring feed tub! A M A Z I N G! Its a little.drive from Sapporro, so.plan.a typical.chalet.on the riverside stay, or aboit $100 taxi to the big city. Great food, and the local town has a couple unique restaurants and coffee.shops. Japan.at its original finest! If tour seeing this.part.of Japan, I recommemd a stay here - we were 3 days, and with the SPA treatment, simply cant stop celebrating the choice "

"Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful."
