Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. Staff is amazing. Food was fantastic and fresh. Everywhere was clean. I added a 90 min massage and would do again. Onsen was beautiful and peaceful. I will be booking here again.

This hotel is well located well maintained but you should forget Japanese hospitality. One of the most arrogant attitude i have ever experienced in any hotel. Check in lady was the worst then shift manager lady was no help.

The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!
