"We stayed here for a night after exiting the Rocky mountain national park via Grand lake exit. We booked 2 queen beds room for 4 of us and it was so spacious and very clean. Some rooms have walk in shower one of my friends got it , that was really spacious. check with hotel if you are specific about having shower bathroom. Staff is friendly. Have refrigerator and microwave included and downstairs we have restaurant which has good food choices. It would be good if they include breakfast free for the price else everything was wonderful! The area is so quiet and calm and felt safe."

"What a happy accident:) just looking for a place to sleep and we landed in the cutest little cabin with a perfect fire and the Fall River lulling us to sleep. All the staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Looking forward to another, longer stay!"

"Very convenient location and the rest are great "

"Beautiful, clean room with a gorgeous view from the private deck. We had our own personal hot tub on the deck and it was clean and the perfect temperature. Very close to Estes Park and even closer to the entrance to RMNP. Private parking spot so no worries about where to park. The room also had a lovely gas fireplace but we didn't get to use it. The only issue we had were the chain smokers on the next deck over. The lodge website says it's a "non-smoking property" but when I asked about the smokers since the smell was awful, I was told there is no smoking in the rooms but they can't control what people do outside. Then please don't advertise yourself as a non-smoking property. We should be able to sit in our hottub or eat on our deck without the constant stink of cigarettes. "

"Late night check in was easy once we figured out we had to tap the digital keypad to "wake" it. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location minutes to Rmnp or downtown and within a minute or two to a food market and gas station. Also next to one of the town's best restaurants. AC plenty effective and shower had plenty of hot water. Free parking. Manager and staff very pleasant. A family member had the two bedroom suite and we were impressed with that too. This is a fairly basic hotel so if you are picky and want updates and luxury go elsewhere but we loved it and will stay again. Excellent value. "

"We always stay here when in Steamboat Springs. It is clean, in a great location and the breakfast is great. We visited Fish Creek Falls and went to Hahns Lake. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and super convenient to have a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Will plan to stay here next time!"

"Wow, absolutely amazing stay. The room gives an amazing cozy vibe. Doesn’t feel like a motel at all. They did a great job with the upgrades. I don’t think I’ve ever taken a shower with such high water pressure. The property was beautiful. We will absolutely be coming back. "
