"This was an annual trip to Gatlinburg and I think we have finally found in this cabin the perfect stay for our family!! The accommodations were just the right size for our family of 7. Every person was complimentary of the comfort of the beds. We enjoyed the fireplace. FYI, there is a place about 5 miles down the road, Wear’s Valley Rd, where you can buy large bundles of firewood reasonably priced. It is called Knockout Firewood open 24/7! We give this cabin and its owner 10/10 rating!!!"

"Our family of 10, from Michigan, truly enjoyed Bluff Mountain Splash on our weeklong visit. Definitely something for everyone of all ages to do here. The pictures do not do justice to the actual views experienced out every window and porch at this house. We learned early on that the cute mama bear and her two cubs can easily open car doors (if not locked) and help themselves to whatever they can find. Luckily only slight damage to the car interior. We swam in the pool, (the two-year-old, several times each day) watched the stars from the hot tub, had family movie night in the movie room, taught the teenagers how to play poker, pool and golf. The beds were very comfortable and chairs in each room nice for quiet time or simply enjoying the view. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, utensils, dishes, pots, pans and appliances. The large table was appreciated to have the entire bunch together for meals. We did venture out a few times to the National park, Gatlinburg downtown shopping, mountain brothers store, and the coaster karts in Pigeon Forge a few times. There is so much to do and places to spend $$$$$$ but the house was so enjoyable that we were quite happy spending time there with the family. All in all, the perfect place to celebrate Our 50th Wedding Anniversary, my 70th Birthday and Retirement."

"Everything was great. But the walkway to the entrance can be treacherous for anyone with mobility/stability issues. It is cobblestone and may create a trip hazard. However there is adequate lighting and a rail up the walkway to assist with navigating the walkway. I suggested a flat walking surface on the other side of the rail for wheelchair, walker apparatuses and general mobility. But the cabin cleanliness, ease of entry and exit, peaceful/quiet setting, and all else was very nice and clean. Great communications throughout the process. I would recommend others to stay here. Nice place."
