Fishermans Wharf Inn

Fishermans Wharf Inn

8/10 Good
"Fisherman’s Wharf is, overall, a very convenient, self-contained property. You can eat at the tavern without ever leaving the grounds, and once you’re there, you can easily walk just about anywhere you want to go in Boothbay Harbor. Our room had a small deck with a partial view of the harbor, which was lovely. We could see the public dock, which was always full of activity, and we were right next door to the Applejack Schooner. It was a great location for simply sitting back and watching everything going on around the harbor. My only real negative would be the condition of the room itself. “A little beat up” is probably the best way to describe it. The bathroom seemed quite outdated, particularly the bathtub, and the room itself could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. That said, it was very clean, which is certainly important and worth mentioning. Parking was interesting! There is a parking attendant who parks your car for you, which I assume is at least partly because the parking area is somewhat limited and awkward. It worked fine, but it was a little different from what we expected. Overall, the location and convenience are really the selling points of Fisherman’s Wharf. Being able to park the car, walk everywhere, enjoy the activity of the harbor and have a restaurant right on the property made it a very convenient place to stay."

Camden Riverhouse Hotel

Camden Riverhouse Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in the peach door suite recently and it was wonderful with a view of the river and bridge walkway. Very easy access within walking distance to downtown. Convenient parking right out front. Loved the interior-similar to an apartment with living room. Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. They even shipped me my jacket that I had left behind quickly and with no trouble. Highly recommend!"

The Country Inn at Camden Rockport

The Country Inn at Camden Rockport

8/10 Good
"Very nice property that was close to downtown Camden. The cottage we stayed in was very roomy and had the basics like a regular hotel room. The staff was wonderful and eagerly helped us with any needs. The hot breakfast was tasty and all we needed to start our day. I wish we hadn’t been so tired at the end of the day to enjoy the outside fire pit but we didn’t have enough energy left, however it was beautiful. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub however! Only issue was that our cottage was dated and you could see places that needed to be fixed or replaced but nothing that took away from our stay and our needs. Recommend this property especially with children."

Smuggler's Cove Inn

Smuggler's Cove Inn

10/10 Excellent
"This place was fantastic for me and my family. I highly suggest the tiki masala from the restaurant the best I’ve ever had. I believe a family helps run this property and I will have to say they were the most accommodating people I’ve ever had at any resort I’ve never been to including high-end five-star resorts. I highly suggest staying at this property and I will be back next year. Thank you again for your hospitality."
