"The room was nice. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water."

"Was advertised with a balcony, but the room did not come with one. They moved us to a smaller room without even offering a partial refund. Staff was very unpleasant and rude, and the complementary breakfast consisted of rice and beans and fried plantains yuck the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The safe did not work. The TV did not work until I fixed it. They were unable to send any staff up until the next morning. Horrible place stay away, not worth the money. The location was not great for that price at all."

"The Hotel has been here a very long time and unfortunately is in need of a big overhaul, imo. Beds fine, and brekkie buffet was very good. Two restaurants on site unfortunately were out of a few menu items for dinner, and their Pattacones were as hard as Hockey Pucks and totally unedible at the Casino Restaurant. Staff, however, are very professional. No Smart 📺 Tv, too. This Review is in my opinion only, though…~~~"

"My stay at the Holiday Inn San Jose La Sabana was a very good experience overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff provided great service from check-in to departure, always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would gladly stay there again in the future."
