Top Walker County Hotel Reviews

Homewood Suites by Hilton Birmingham Downtown Near UAB

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was exceptionally courteous and very willing to assist in any way. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. A good variety of breakfast each day. The one thing we didn’t like was the parking fee, it was too high ($25) per night and some nights it was full and we had to park in the street. We will stay there again when we visit my daughter in college. It’s convenient and the pricing is good."

Elyton Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott

8/10 Good

"Overall, the hotel was a lovely place for a weekend getaway, and the downstairs staff were welcoming and pleasant. However, the refrigerator in our room was leaking water, and the service at the rooftop bar fell short of expectations. Despite the bar being relatively quiet, my guests and I were repeatedly overlooked by both the servers and hostess, waiting over 15 minutes before having to request assistance. While we enjoyed our stay, more attentive service would have made the experience even better."
