Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. "We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."
