We really like being able to eat dinner and breakfast without leaving the hotel. So convenient! Bed was comfortable. One thing that was not so great was the light on the fire alarm. It was like a strobe light that kept me awake until I put something over my head ! My husband said that was normal but I had to disagree.

We have found Drury Inns a cut above most of the competition. The evening kick-back is unique in our experience, and the Grand Rapids Inn does it very well. The addition of the bar and kitchen open until midnight we hadn't seen anywhere else. It is welcome. As usual, the breakfast is better than any we'd seen elsewhere. Our room was very nice, roomier and better appointed than other hotels in the class. Staff service was friendly and on point. Overall, fine experience to which we would gladly return.

The room was clean and felt clean the moment I walked in which is the highest importance to me. The staff was super sweet and very communicative which was refreshing as they acted like they wanted to be there and part of the hospitality industry- I felt very comfortable with the staff. The hotel had some offers for free breakfast and a buffet dinner which was nice- no added charge. The food wasn’t great, but hey it was something to put in my belly and it was free so no complaints! They also offered free drinks with dinner which was a nice added bonus. I will definitely pick a Drury Inn & Suites again.
