"Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things."

"We were visiting family in Hull for a short, unexpected while and found this flat last minute. The location was great and we easily walked pretty much everywhere we needed in Beverley itself, and the parking spot was an added bonus for our car (though it was a tight spot, our Vauxhall Corsa just about fit). The flat was well equipped with the basics, and very comfortable, and Katie was very accommodating and a delight to talk to when we had questions. Friday through Sunday night got a bit loud...

"Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable "

"Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. "

My only negative comment was that I am very sensitive to scents and there were heavily scented products and incense used which I had to wash / put away in order to be fully comfortable. I would definitely stay again though! Property management was quite responsive when we contacted them for advice regarding the cooker."

"This accomodation is excellent, clean, spacious and modern and everything supplied for a super stay! The beds are very comfortable with spotless bedding. Its location is perfect for visiting York and the park and ride services are cheap and very efficient. Our host, Julie who we met is delightful and the complementary bottle of wine was well received after a long journey! Thank you for a superb stay."
